[dune-fem] Problems with Dune 2.3.1 and dune-fem-howto | SPGRID

Hi Markus

Try configuring dune/dune-fem/dune-spgrid with the option

- --enable-experimental-grid-extensions

this should solve the problem with spgrid.

The other error comes into from a newer automake version.
We will fix this in time.
