[dune-fem] using dune-fem-howto

Hi Andreas and Martin,

thanks a lot for your answer. Robert already pointed out to me the the usage 
of Alugrid in a personal communication. So, everything works so far.

He also commited a releases/2.6 branch in dune-fem-howto, which works well!
