[dune-pdelab] Current policy for gcc compatibility?

Hi,

I was wondering whether we have some policy in PDELab which gcc versions 
should be supported?

E.g. may we use range-based for (dropping support for gcc 4.4)? May we 
use the new typedef syntax (using ...) (dropping support for gcc 4.6)?
