[dune-pdelab] PDELab's testordering is broken

Hi,
the PDELab tarball is missing the folder test/grids and
the symbolic link in test/fem/grids. The attached patch
fixes the issue but it does not include the link but
includes the folder a second time. Maybe there is a
better solution.
