[Dune] Assertion in 3d ALUGrid

Hi,

in my application I create an std::list of some special intersection
objects. These objects hold, besides other informations, entity
pointers to the inside and the outside entity. When I later try to
dereference one of these EntityPointers, I get an assertion at
entity_imp.cc:852.

I tried to reproduce the problem in a small test case, but without
success.

Does anybody have an idea of where to search next?
