dimension and it is on the fly. I don't it is a particularly dump
implementation. A structured grid for d=2,3 with all codimensions is
something different. Maybe that would be the way to go.

I totally agree that YaspGrid should have the missing codimensions. But
you also stated the reason why it does not have it ...
