[Dune] ALUGrid-1.22.

Hello Dune,

ALUGrid-1.22 has been released. From now on older versions of ALUGrid do 
not work with the trunk or the next release, Dune-Grid 2.0. So please 
update your ALUGrid version if you use this package.
