To make life easier, I added this STLPolyAllocator to the polyallocatortest. Call

./polyallocator 2 20000000

and STLPolyAllocator< PoolAllocator > is used to 20000000 times construct and destruct an object. Using, e.g., 'top' you can witness a dramatic increase in memory use.
