[Dune] better DEPRECATE

Hi Andreas!
At the meeting we decided that the DUNE_DEPRECATED macro should be improved
to include an actual text message, possibly using existing technology 
from dune-fem.
Maybe you, as a dune-fem expert, could take care of that?
