The patch as described by Martin is ready. A fix for deprecation warnings in dune-localfunction is ready, too. I can apply them on Sunday or Monday. Rest assured that I will take care for deprecation warnings, I have a history fixing these things.
I am only waiting for Oliver's approval. Otherwise I'll apply them after the 2.2 release.
