Hi Oliver,

I thought that the idea is not to replace the autotools-based build system with CMake in one big swoop, but to provide an alternative way to build dune for a while (i.e. for at least one release cycle). It would be nice to get these patches into the mainline as they will hopefully not affect anyone who does not intend to use CMake.

Alas, my time is currently _very_ limited, so I cannot contribute too much for the next six months or so...
