[Dune] boundaryId

Hi Marco,
the boundaryId() has not vanished, but it became an 
experimental
feature. You can enable it by setting the the flag
   --enable-experimental-grid-extensions
in your opts file.

The whole boundaryId / boundarySegment stuff remains undecided 
and
can change in the future.
