[Dune] linker error in dune-grid-howto using dune-algrid module ?

thanks for the suggestion & the reminder. It solved
the problem. In fact I adapted following proposition 1.

One question to the wider Dune community:

would it be a good idea to add this proposition
to the dune-grid-howto since the zlib seems
to be fairly standard ?
