[Dune] Is it possible to prescribe a refinement choice element-wise?

Hi Andrea,
you can do that with UGGrid.  UGGrid has an additional non-standard 'mark'-method,
which takes a UG::RefinementRule parameter.  You can specify the precise way of
refinement with this parameter.  See the doxygen page of the UGGrid class for some
more details.
