[Dune] info DGF file

Hi Claudia,


in DGF files the "parameters" argument specifies how many parameters 
follow after the vertex indices.

So in both your examples the first two numbers will be the vertex 
indices forming the 1D simplex and the

following 2 or 4 numbers will be some parameters associated with the 
simplex element.
