[Dune] Problem linking with Pametis / GMP

Great that this worked out! We should take this a hint to improve the
installation guide and/or the cmake error messages.

For parmetis things might be a bit tricky (regarding cmake), but for
GMP we should explicitly state that the C++ bindings are missing.
