[dune-fem] Grid refinement

Hi all,

I want to have a grid as in the file I attach...I thought about using the class LocalRefine, but I don't understand the difference with GlobalRefine. The method LocalRefine::apply() ask me to pass the grid and nothing else, so I don't know how to tell it where I want the refinement. Or...is it the right class to call to solve this problem?
